Did you know there is currently a shortage of #blood in the UK?
You may have heard in the news that NHS Blood and Transplant has recently put the country on Amber alert for blood stocks. This means that hospitals are being asked to postpone elective surgeries until blood stocks return to healthy levels.
We desperately need your help to bring blood stocks back up. This Mitzvah Day, The Joely Bear Appeal and Camp Simcha are returning to Edgware Blood Donor Centre for one of our special blood donor sessions. Please consider booking an appointment to donate some life-saving blood.
