Head of Services

Camp Simcha is looking for a Head of Services to ensure the successful delivery of the diverse range of service provisions we offer. The postholder will have the exciting opportunity to input into the strategic development of the department and wider organisation.

As a member of the senior leadership team (SLT), they will work closely with other departments to ensure successful service delivery, budget management, staff supervision, performance management and impact monitoring.

Key to the role is the ability to be “client-facing” and work across the Jewish spectrum of observance.

Job type: Permanent full time. (London- based)
Salary: £55k – £60k (dependant on experience)
Holiday entitlement: 20 days + 8 bank holidays plus Jewish holidays (Yom Tovim only). Full details, and terms and conditions of employment will be issued if an offer of employment is made.
