Padel tournament

I am/we are voluntarily participating in the Padel Tournament.

I/we confirm that I am/we are 18 years of age or older and that I/we have read, understood, and agree to all of the above.

I/we understand that padel tennis is a physical sporting activity and involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, collisions with other players or surrounding structures, impact from sports equipment, uneven surfaces, differing skill levels, and injuries occurring while moving between the clubhouse and padel courts.

I/we confirm that I am/we are medically fit and physically able to participate, that I/we will manage my/our own physical limits, and that I/we will stop playing and inform staff immediately if I/we feel unwell or injured.

I/we agree to follow all rules, signage, and instructions provided by club staff and event organisers and understand that aggressive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I/we accept full responsibility for my/our participation, assume all risks associated with the tournament, and agree that the venue, its staff, and Camp Simcha shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation, except where caused by negligence that cannot be legally excluded.

I/we understand that first aid provision and emergency contact information are available on site and I/we consent to receiving first aid or emergency assistance if required.
