Neville Goldschneider joined Camp Simcha in January 2005. He gained a Masters Degree in Management Practice from Middlesex University in 2001. Neville came to Camp Simcha with substantial experience gained over 20 years working with children and young people in a variety of Jewish communal settings. He guided Camp Simcha from the Plancey’s kitchen table to what it is today, a national charity servicing thousands of children and parents throughout the UK. Neville’s whole family is dedicated to Jewish communal service – his wife Roz works for Project Seed, his son Adam learns in Yeshivah in Israel and his daughter teaches in a Jewish primary school in NW London.

Melissa Sher earned her Corporate Communications degree and Post Graduate Business Management Diploma in South Africa at a leading Johannesburg University and Business School. Melissa started her career in Learning & Development and the Corporate Training industry and has been involved in the third sector for over ten years. Melissa joined Camp Simcha in 2006 and has held positions from, MIS and Database Logistics, Head of Fundraising to her current role as Head of Operations. Melissa is passionate about making a difference to the lives of families within the community and is dedicated to the fulfilment of Camp Simcha’s mission and vision.

Daniel Joined Camp Simcha in September 2010 following a number of years working in the youth movement Bnei Akiva. Daniel enjoys working for a charity that makes a real difference to individuals lives through our tailored support. Together with a dedicated team, he has expanded the services Camp Simcha offers ensuring that new services are always solid in foundation, impactful and sustainable.
