Hospital support

We bring smiles to seriously ill children of all denominations, spending time in hospital

Balloon deliveries

Our amazing volunteers deliver balloons to hospital wards across London. This brings smiles to the faces of seriously ill children who are stuck in a hospital bed, while raising awareness about Camp Simcha in London’s major hospitals. This is crucial to help ensure no child who needs us slips through the net.

Toy Monkey Deliveries

Toy monkeys in the form of our mascot Simi are also delivered to hospitals by our volunteers who love to see the smiles they bring to children’s faces.

Jewish Awareness

A family with a child in hospital already has enough challenges to face, so making sure that the staff around them can make them feel as comfortable as possible is incredibly important.

We train hospital staff to help them understand Jewish festivals and traditions. From delivering cheesecake at Shavuot to explaining about kashrut or Shabbat, we want to ensure that hospital staff understand the Jewish way of life.

Toy Drive

Each year Jewish primary schools, nurseries, Chederim, youth groups and synagogues take part in the Camp Simcha Toy Drive. We deliver over 10,000 toys to children in over 120 hospital wards and hospices.
