On the day support from the Camp Simcha team
Through this crisis we have been there at the frontline of support for our families. We need your help to make sure we can continue to make a difference to seriously ill children and their families who are particularly vulnerable to this time.
You don’t need to be super fit to take part. We want you to walk, hop, skip, or run 1Km, 5km or 10km – the choice is completely up to you!
This could be going on a family walk or run as part of your daily exercise. Skipping around your garden. Going up and down your stairs at home. You can even take part from the comfort of your chair by marching on the spot. Or hop to the top of your road and back.
There are no rules (apart from the current Government Guidelines on how to exercise safely during this time). Whatever you can do, you can take part and be as creative as possible.
